How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on which product you purchase, shipping and delivery can reflect accordingly:
Pre-Order Items: Please expect a minimum of 6 weeks for your product to be fully produced, with a 3-5 days minimum for Creator Apparel to receive the units. From there, your order will be processed for shipping within 3-5 business days.
In-Stock (Ready to Ship) Items: Items marked as "In Stock - Ready to Ship" will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
Please note, these products will explicitly have the stock notification listed directly under the price of the item on each product page.
How will I be notified about my order?
You should receive an order confirmation email after placing an order within 5-10 minutes. If you don't receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder before emailing us. It is important to confirm you receive this email in order to help us with any questions you may have. From there, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a valid tracking number. This is dependent on whether you ordered anin-stockitem orpre-ordered. Pre-orders will receiving tracking links approximately around the time we receive all of the finished inventory.
I need to change my address, is that still an option?
For in-stock items, customers are required to confirm their delivery address at the time of checkout. Once an order has a tracking number generated, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
For pre-orders, we recommend customers to plan ahead and anticipate at least 6-8 weeks total time from ordering to delivery. You can anticipate delivery to be sooner forpre-orders, but do plan ahead. You are required to confirm your delivery address at the time of checkout. We will allow address changes up until the ordering period ends (applicable to pre-orders).
Creator Apparel, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Am I responsible for taxes and customs fees?
Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to your order. These charges are based on the order value and your country's tax-free threshold (if applicable).
The recipient is responsible for paying any additional fees, including customs clearance, duties, taxes, or carrier charges. Creator Apparel, LLC and its affiliates do not cover these costs and has no control over them, as they are determined by your local government. You may receive a bill for taxes and duties prior to delivery, so please be active in communication with your local customs office.
Since customs policies vary widely by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.
Why do you not offer taxes and duties with your shipping rates?
This is something that we are currently exploring, but will consider later down the line. Currently, it is logistically not possible to incorporate international rates with taxes and duties due to specific tax restrictions which varies from country to country.
